Brenda Lindfors finds beauty in the everyday world all around us. She has a sharp eye for light, shape, colors and design. Her canvas is artfully spare, allowing her to focus our lens on what her lens finds so inviting. You can experience her joyful, inspiring work for yourself at the Scanlan Gallery on the St. Stephen’s School campus, Nov. 3rd – Dec. 20th.
Brenda wrote, “For me, photography is largely about being in the moment and about finding and experiencing moments of grace…moments when everything – the light, the subject, my vision, training and experience, and everything else – comes together to create a beautiful image… There’s something magical and joyful about that.”
Her photography can also be found in the beautiful book, “Every Town Needs A Trail” which captures the life on our trail at Lady Bird Lake. To learn more about Brenda’s work, go to this page or her lovely website. Come enjoy her wonderful work for yourself and you will no doubt, agree.
