My name is Andrea Fricke, and I am the founder of Living Witness, a space devoted to deep presence, emotional healing, and the sacred power of being seen.

     I am a Certified Massage Therapist (Minneapolis School of Massage & Bodywork), a Reiki Practitioner (Meta Institute, Minneapolis), and hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Bemidji State University. Currently, I am pursuing a Master's degree in Higher Consciousness and Human Potential at Maharishi International University.

     Through Living Witness sessions, I offer a model of healing that is less about fixing and more about remembering. I believe that true transformation begins when we are met exactly where we are—with gentleness, stillness, and genuine presence. My work invites people into a space where their stories are honored, their pain is witnessed without judgment, and their inner wisdom is given room to emerge.
